Availability: This album was given out as a gift to members of the fan club back in 1999, there were only 7350 created. You may be able to download the tracks from this CD online using a file sharing program. (this is legal, as the CDs were never offered for sale, but were in fact a gift) You can also occasionally find it on eBay for large amounts of money.

Purchase: This album is out of print and is not available.

This is the 4^th fan club CD
7350 copies exist.
Mike Portnoy has said that he is "putting these songs to bed" meaning that they are finally available to the fans, NOT that they would never be played again.
Don't Look Past Me was cut from Images and Words.
The first version of To Live Forever is from the ATCO demo, and the second is taken from Lie.
Eve was taken from the japanese pressing of Awake. It is also found on the The Silent Man.
Raise the Knife, Where Are You Now?, Cover My Eyes, The Way It Used To Be and Speak to Me were all cut from Falling Into Infinity.
The Way it Used to Be can also be found on Hollow Years.
The CD also contains a video Mike made for the Italian fan club, which shows the johns practicing and james playing basketball as they talk about the upcoming album Scenes From A Memory.
